Kehinde Wiley
The work that Kehinde Wiley conveys to me is expressing the positive aspects of a man in general. I don't believe that it was specifically about african-american men. I just saw a man in general. One thing that is unique and stoof out for me was the fact that he had some of the designs that were intended to be in the background was also painted on the man. Like on the painting on the bottom the yellow desisgn in the background are also engraved on the man's blue tee-shirt. Maybe it represents a type of aura that is all around the man? Either way, it really stood out for me.
